1. By placing an order the client is authorizing the company to pass on the order to the respective merchant / vendor for delivery.

2. If a customer refuses to accept an item that has been ordered by the senders and demands some other product, virsa gift shall consider this order delivered and is not liable to provide a different item to the recipient.

3. Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery uptp delivery within four business days depending on the destination city or town.

4. If the ordered product is out of stock and virsagifts.com is unable to deliver the product, a complete 100% refund will Be made to the customer.

5. In case of flowers, cakes & sweets (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available or refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.

6. If ordered flowers, sweets, cake, chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver alternate flowers, sweets, cake, chocolates of desired quality and equal to (or greater than) order value.

7. Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

8. We DO NOT deliver on SUNDAYS and Public Holidays in Pakistan.

9. If you require delivery on a sunday or a public holiday, there will be an extra charge of $7 added to the total amount of the order.
